You are required to comply with:
• California Supervision of Trustees and Fundraisers for Charitable Purposes Act
• All applicable Attorney General regulations
Failure to comply may result in regulatory enforcement against you.

2. PROHIBITED FUNDRAISING ACTIVITY
You may not:
• Solicit funds without proper registration
• Misrepresent charitable status or affiliation
• Fail to disclose required information to donors

3. PAYMENT COMPLIANCE
All payments are processed via Stripe Connect Standard.
You must:
• Maintain a compliant Stripe account
• Complete all identity verification
• Avoid high-risk transaction behavior

4. STRICT PROHIBITIONS
You may not use the Platform for:
• Fraudulent fundraising
• Unauthorized charitable solicitation
• Misuse or diversion of funds
• Any activity that could trigger regulatory action

5. ENFORCEMENT
We reserve the right to:
• Immediately suspend or terminate accounts
• Report suspected violations where required
• Cooperate with regulatory authorities

6. ZERO TOLERANCE RISK POLICY
Accounts may be terminated for:
• Regulatory risk
• Payment risk
• Reputational risk
No warning is required.
